Love this gym. Staff are always there to help. Feels like I’m part of a community which I didn’t feel at other gyms I’ve used. Lots of equipment and I never have to wait or change my workout because it’s busy. Can’t wait for the refurbishment this year, from what Andrew told me it sounds amazing

Great welcoming gym , the team there are amazing , very knowledgeable and approachable , they make some funny videos on tiktok . I always see the manager cleaning the bathrooms before he goes home , you can see they really care for the members here .The free weights area is massive huge range of equipment and really good access to equipment in peak times no need to wait for machines to get in a great workout .I've heard a rumor they are doing a renovation this year i cant wait to see the results

I'm not sure what I need to do! I understand that the WA regulations are forcing showing vaccination certificate to enter venues, so I did. I went to the gym in the stuffed hours, showed my vaccination certificate so I can be granted access. Even tho I work till late, but that day I worked half day to go to the gym and be compliant. I have definitely done my bit.Why then my access isn't granted after the responsible person at the gym told me it's all sorted!! I went twice, and it's not working. I work till late and I'm not ready to go again and waste my time.

As a regular member of this gym I feel that I am quantified to give the following extensive review. 1) The new lighting over the functional fit area is effective and terrific. I really appreciate the thought that went into this addition. 2) The broken fan in the weights area has been broken for more than 12 months. How long does it take to repair or replace an industrial style fan? Would it be asking too much to have this rectified before summer hits? 3)Thank you for providing a couple of new attachments for the cable machine. However, the one I use in particular does need replacing as it has become severely frayed. I have also noted that one of the other grips are very loose. 4) Has the roof been fixed since the last pour? I'm only asking as this item would be completely useless if the roof has not been fixed. If it has been fixed, would it be possible to have the carpets cleaned. Frankly, they have an unpleasant funky smell to them. Actually they are gross. May I suggest a chemical clean and not a wet carpet clean as there aren't any windows to open. 5) I have been informed that the gym is not due for an upgrade for another couple years. Really?? Clearly no-one gives a toss about their investment as chipped & dirty paintwork including all the scuff marks lead to the gym having a "grubby" appearance. Has anyone looked at the grout in the bathroom? No, I didn't think so. One bathroom I refuse to use. Now I realise that gyms are not the most sanitised venues at the best of times but I would not view this favourably if I was a potential member given the other 24/7 gyms close by. 6) Would it be possible to reiterate to current members and current users of the gym to return weights and equipment after use? Or can some action be taken? Please view photos attached. Note these photos were taken outside of staffed hours being Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon. Let's all hope and pray that we never need to use the emergency equipment and the emergency exit as we would never be able to get to it. Please note here that I have seen on a number of occasions that staff have picked up after lazy members. I thought that the staff should focus on PT, fitness advice and potential members and not being a parent and picking up after their children! 7) While I am on a role here - would you also consider some additional plates in particular 5/10/15kgs. I'm really over having to traverse the gym searching for these plates just to do a few sets.
