I love it because it's never crowded, probably not good for the owners, but as a customer, it's amazing! All the equipment you could ever need for any type of training you choose to do. They don't do classes like a Goodlife does. It's just a gym with plenty of good equipment choices. Even has a punching bag! Easily accessible from the car park. Has disability access (elevator) as it's on the first floor.

Absolutely love the gym!! Great addition to moggil and the community. With all new equipment you are sure to feel those new gym vibes. The staff are great. Charlie (the manager) is always greeting me with a smile and helping me with any queries I may have. Always a great day seeing her. 10/10 would recommend checking out this gym.
I trained here for the first time this morning and it was AMAZING! The facility is the best in the area with all the equipment you would need for a good session. The staff were so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Its a wonderful area, great parking and so close to the shops and coffee :)
Love this place, the facility looks amazing. I haven't been to a gym in a few year's so was a little nervous arriving for the open day. Loved meeting the staff, everyone was really supportive and understanding. This place has amazing vibes.
