Anytime Fitness Watergardens is a fantastic gym that offers a wide variety of quality Life Fitness equipment, plenty of room, and clean facilities. Customers have praised the staff for being friendly, helpful, and creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere. The gym is open 24/7, so members can train whenever they want with no added stress. The renovations have created more space and the gym feels much bigger than before. Customers have also commented on the cleanliness of the gym and the fact that it is never too crowded. The weights are always well-maintained and the staff are always monitoring them to ensure they are put back correctly. Customers have also praised the staff for ensuring safe practice during Covid and for answering any and all questions from fellow members. All in all, customers have been very impressed with the Anytime Fitness Watergardens and have no intention of leaving.
Hi was a member and then covid hit. I requested to cancel my membership and was told that I had to pay out remaining contract fee even though when they reopened the hours didn’t suit me as it wasn’t opened 24 hrs which is understandable. I seeked advice and then instructed the club manager to take out remaining fee in instalments from direct debit. It was tough times for everyone back then . As that was my last correspondence I assumed it was settled . As time went on I realised they were still taking out a monthly fee which I disputed and there answer was I didn’t respond to there last email which I didn’t receive . As a valued customer you think they would follow it up considering I had requested to cancel my membership and had not returned to use the Gym . I understand they have rules and contracts and as members we have obligations too but I found they don’t understand their members and it’s all about money . When I requested a refund they could even be bothered to give me an answer .Quiet sad .

A bitter end after being a member for many years. I've been a member for many years and decided to leave. I sent a cancellation notice via email and they wouldn't accept it, insisting multiple times that I had to fill in their cancellation form. I refused and had to contact head office to get this resolved. I suggest you download a copy of 'Preventing unfair terms in health and fitness centre membership agreements: a guide for the health and fitness industry' from the Consumer Affairs Victoria website. 'CAV considers that requirements to fill in specific forms and/or complete certain procedures to cancel a contract constitute unnecessary formalities and are unfair. Cancellation forms may be provided for consumers, but their use should be optional.' It's all a bit of a shame because facilities wise it was a great gym but everything else slowly spiralled down. Membership fee increase, direct debit frequency increased (monthly to weekly) and now paying through the 30 day cancellation notice even though I cant use it due to the vaccine mandates. Whilst the mandates cant be directly blamed on the gym, I think its unfair to charge someone for a service that cant be used.

The renovations look great, not only that it has created more space and the gym feels much bigger than before. The guys have been awesome, ensuring safe practice during Covid and making sure they are answering any and all questions from fellow members. Glad to be back and I hope more people will join what is a fantastic club!

I have trained at many gyms in the past and this club is by far the best. Equipment and surroundings are always clean. Staff will always remember your name and greet you when you enter. It's convenient that it's 24-7 so I can train when ever I want with no added stress. Highly recommend checking it out. A++++++++
