I’m so disappointed and shocked with Club Lime's responses in regards to double payments deducted from my account. It only comes to my knowledge last month by checking my bank account that double payments have been deducted from August/21 to March/22 and after contacting their Management team they said nothing can be done since it was my responsibility to check the payments. My husband had signed up again after the lockdown instead of just putting his membership off the freezing period. How does a club as big as Club Lime doesn’t have a system that identifies such fault? How come a person holds two memberships under the same name and same bank details and they haven’t noticed? Still, they claim I’m the one to blame here. Perhaps for trusting them? This company isn’t trustworthy, they agreed that double payments were made incorrectly and still are refusing to give my money back.

The gymnasium is quite spacious, with a decent amount of equipment in good repair. On the down side, there is a culture of excessive boganity in the place. Bogans leave their dirty laundry all over the benches and machines, primarily to prevent other people from using those items when they themselves aren't even using them. This of course contravenes the first rule of gym etiquette, known all over the world: If you're not using it, get the **** out of the way. When the bogans do return to the bench or machine, and shift their dirty laundry, they generally just sit there playing with their phones, checking social media or such. Again, this contravenes the first rule of gym etiquette. Then there is the lack of hygiene. During this pandemic, people are supposed to be considerate and wipe down the machines after use; the handles, the seats, the pins, everything they touch. But that doesn't happen at Club Lime Gungahlin. There are also sick, coughing people in attendance all the time, when such people should be excluded. In summary: good equipment, but you can't access it because there's dirty laundry hanging over it or people sitting on it to use Twitter.

Fairly underwhelming as far as gyms go. Plenty of equipment although I'd say the place is poorly maintained. Attitude definitely reflected by patrons who can't be bothered to adhere to simple gym etiquette. Don't waste your money on this facility and head to one of the many other club limes /hiit republics around the place.
