Great gym. Heaps of classes with brilliant trainers. Friendly courteous staff. Clean, excellent changerooms. Love the massage beds. Great prices. Best thing about this gym is that all ages ,all shapes made to feel welcome. The atmosphere is friendly, non judgemental , non discriminatory. There is something for everyone at this gym. Love it.

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWYA FROM THIS BUSSINESS. After being a victim of theft and fraud a few weeks ago. Because a gym member stole money and my card from my wallet that was in the locker. I found out that I have been charged for a membership that I asked to be changed and paid $50 dollars to change in March. The manager did not do anything to help me after a woman, member of the gym stole money and my card and he actually tried to blame me. I was paying the peak membership and in March I asked to change to the base membership I paid the amount of $50 dollars for the new blue card and this week I found out that they did not change the membership and that I have been charged for the peak membership since then.Your staff and manager CHARGED ME for the blue card and keep charging me for a membership that I asked for and paid to change. They are unprofessional and totally disrespectful and, as you can see in the other comments, they keep charging people who canceled the membership ..

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this business !! I lived in 5 different country but I rarely come across such a shady business ! Hidden fee everywhere , they sign you in at no fee and after 2 months in August they ask less or more 70$ for annual fee , how can be possible you just sign me in no fee and now you ask annual fee !! Fee for payment rejection of 7$ , are you serious , without explanation of the rejection! I have complained about my towel been stolen and the girl at desk answered me : well now you have to buy a towel is 5$ . Listen I could go on and on for hours about their unprofessional and dodgy service and many bad experience but il summit up in only one sentence : take your money and time where you will be appreciate it and rewarded . I end my contract and I’m so happy elsewhere !

I have been a member for about 3 years now. The gym is great value and members are respectful, kind and great people. Equipment is everywhere and classes are awesome fun. The only negative has always been the staff and hidden fees. Please do carefully read contracts. Crunch loves to suck you dry. It has only been since 2020 that the staff have been poor. They treat the place like a joke. Always on their phone at reception, no hello or goodbye. Very entitled and rude, most members know what I mean, most members say it. They think they are always right, never willing to help their members, more like throw them under the bus. What needs to change is the culture within the staffing group. Entitled 20-year-old brats. Not everyone of course, some staff are fantastic, and they know who they are, but most are very entitled, and I do not even know why they work in customer service/sales, go clean the bowling alley at Dee Why, you won't have to talk to anyone there.

A member of my family died forcing me to go overseas kinda rushing i spent 2 months there and i sent a email to the gym explaining. I told them i could prove it and i asked humbly and honestly to not charge me a service I'm not using and i guess i have a reason for it. I'm not only stoping to go and stoping to pay for no reason.Of course if i was in Australia i would be canceling it and not having all of this problems.They didn't stop to charge me monthly saying if i want to cancel my contract i need to do it in person. I'm owning $163 plus $100 of a fine for not being paying it on time.Ridiculous, people that only think about money but never understanding nothing whats going on. Your client is not only someone you use to make money, that's when we see how's honest.DO NOT CHOSE THIS GYM.
