Huge gym with great equipment and facilities, only downside is that they don't have lockers with passcodes where you can keep your stuff safe
The staff were friendly but it didn't have the happy workout vibe I was seeking . Quite intimidating walking through for a tour .

Fantastic value for money. Friendly staff. Other Members are always willing to help with equipment usage & direction. Love the boys on nights they are super helpful. I’ve had a weight loss of 50kg and I need to get that last 10kg off and tighten some skin before skin surgery. Derrimut is helping me achieve this goal.
Modern gym with great equipment. The palace is very clean and super well maintained. It is a bit small, but that's the location and you can always go to the Norlunga one for more space with the same membership.
