I joined EMF to solely use the pool facility at Bundall as I already have a gym membership with Anytime Fitness. HOWEVER, after training with my boyfriend at EMF Surfers, I predominately now use this gym. Reason being, I enjoy the community feel that club manager Josh has created and am always greeted with a friendly hello and goodbye. Customer service goes a long way and I commend you on that
