Decent facilities, got a year membership, after 4 attempts to cancel it and many phone calls they just kept charging me every month when they said membership was cancelled. Even though I had them send me emails confirming no more further charges going to happen. Yesterday was charged again since early June that the cancellation took place.

No communication or appreciating for current customers. Froze my account with a medical certificate due to a miscarrage and then complications with following pregnancy. Without notifiying me they unfroze my account and started charging me. When my Credit card expired they then forwarded me to a DebitSuccess Company where I emailed and Called several times to resolve. I was either never replied to, was on hold for over an hour before giving up or just forwarded onto another dead-end. Need lots of help on their communication. Its a trap, once they get you as a member they just want your money and don't care about you,

Anita, who looks after the front desk has the best customer service I have seen anywhere. Trish who manages the creche knows every child by name and has decades of experience with kids. It is worth it, just to know my child is in safe hands. Swimming pool and sauna room lovely to have during the winter.
