One of the best gyms for serious gym freaks
The gym itself has all the basics. So if you are a local and want a cheaper option than the best body building gym Ashmore (or perhaps the Gold Coast) has - World Gym Ashmore, then this is a solid option. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lovely staff.
Love the gym! Definitely need more 10kg plates though...theres like 3sets of 10s in the whole gym!
Really good gym, I've only been a member for approx. 3 weeks and easily the best gym I've been too. Very friendly and welcoming. Super covid safe too, all the customers seem to be very responsible and wipe down every station after using also. People actually work out here and there aren't a bunch of creeps staring at you doing your squats lol.
Staff are really friendly and helpful, equipment is new and lots of space to workout. The gym has a really clean look to it and it is filled with light that comes through the big windows. I hate working out in dark small gyms this place is really open, spacious and bright.
