Great little gym !! Plenty of new gear and great layout, great range for free weights, DB, circuit training , cable machines and KB !! Also cheap casual membership which suites me as a fifo worker . And awesome staff .

Clean and tidy. Plenty of classes and resident trainers to help you meet your goals. Ask if they have specials . I saved heaps! If you need a good trainer ask for Tabb.
