Great gym with everything you need. The club manager Lewis creates a friendly and welcoming environment, so this is a fantastic place for people of all fitness levels.
This review isn't so much for the club as it is for Lewis. My wife and I have had a few problems with memberships and without fail everytime he has come through, going out of his way giving us more than what we asked for.Amazing customer service and very friendly and helpful, probably some of the best customer service I have ever received from anywhere. Props to him for giving this club and Jetts a really great name.

I met John, Club Manager at Jetts Capalaba, one Saturday morning as I trained at a different location to my usual gym. He comes across as genuinely interested in his client's health and wellness, and is the most sincere and friendly club manager I have had the pleasure of meeting. He is an asset to Jetts.
