Always a good feeling to go to this gym. I moved to Newcastle an year ago and was looking for a gym and I am really happy that I found this gym. All the staff are super friendly and helpful with any training techniques. Clean and tidy always and also has a wide range of equipments.

Recently took up a free trial while my car was being repaired as it was close, friendly staff and good facilities and a nice non-intimidating and motivated vibe. Not as much equipment as my usual gym (Planet Fitness Lambton) but a lot better maintained, sleeker and cleaner. Will consider moving as I was impressed!
