Plenty of space and a good mix of equipment. I have been doing some PT with Jen and she is really lovely and has taken things nice and slowly for me. Heaps of parking and there are plenty of times when there aren't many people around.
Brilliant gym. Great range of equipment, loads of room, it’s clean, and very friendly staff. Cheap & no contracts & reciprocal access to ALL Plus Fitness gymS at no extra cost. Love training here, best value for money gym by far!!!

I love going to this gym. It is one of the best I have ever been to. It is so clean and all the equipment is in such great condition. There are TVs on the wall and great lavatory facilities with a shower, hair dryer and straighteners as well. The staff are just wonderful, very kind and helpful. The gym isn't usually crowded and everyone tends to keep to themselves. So no weird staring. Like I said, I love going to this gym and can easily spend an hour in here.
I'm a Newby at this gym. After not being a member of any gym for quite some time I must say I love how friendly and helpful the staff are here. It's nice and quite and I've never had to wait to use any of the equipment. Loads of parking too
