This is the best and cleanest gym I have ever been to. The staff are incredibly friendly and no matter what time of day I came in, I saw the owner spend his time oiling and cleaning down the equipment. I also had to move due to work and he made the membership cancellation process a breeze. If you live in the area, I would go no where else.
There is enough clean, modern equipment available at this gym to get ripped enough to rival Chuck Norris. I know this because I challenged him to an arm wrestle and I won thanks to Plus Fitness. Thank you!
At the start of the year I could only do push ups on a bench or pole. This week I did 6 proper push ups
After researching several gyms in my area, this one beat the rest by a mile. Fantastic customer service by staff who are always willing to help. Very clean facilities. Nice big open space to train in. Highly recommend.
Spotlessly clean, professional and friendly staff, modern and up to date equipment. The best part however, are the diverse and welcoming members. Could not recommend this gym more highly.
