The Gym is perfect, it's has everything you need and the staff are what make it, if you ever need help with your form or any questions and classes hit up Rouha she is awsome, so happy and helpful best gym I have been too
Friendly staff. Homer always helps me with my workouts and is someone you can have a laugh with. Definitely deserves a pay rise :) And great environment, a lot of good people at this gym who help and support you.

Gym is perfect for equipment. But low hygiene. One shower ,very dirty. I prefer merryland west
This is a second time I had decided to rejoin the gym at this place, it was a different vibe than before but the staff are friendly, helpful but professional at the same time. They have been giving me tips on how to do effective workout and assist in using new machines. The place is being kept clean most of the time but a little unclean during unstaffed hour which is understandable. Location is good, spacious, variety of machines, gym members are also friendly. I feel comfortable at this place. So it is my to-go gym.
