I've been in Plus fitness for 4 years and it has improved a lot ever since. It's alright for bodybuilders but great for people who loves fitness and for whoever wants to get better at everyday life.
I joined Plus Fitness Hocking in October last year and I’ve never been more impressed and satisfied with the Plus Fitness Hocking gym. Best decision I’ve made. If I could give them 6 STARS I would! The gym is always clear, AC is always on point and the equipment is excellent! Amongst all that the Staff and Personal Trainers at Plus Fitness Hocking are the Best! You always get Greeted with a smile and a hello as you walk into the gym. The Gym manager Grace is in league of her own! Grace is always around helping members with tips and making us all feel like the Hocking Plus fitness is a second home!
All the necessary equipment, lovely atmosphere and polite staff! Cleaners do a good job. Aircon and water is nice and cold. However, I would appreciate one or two more hip-based machines
Amazing, clean gym with a great atmosphere! Lovely staff that are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable! Its great to see this gym has a creche for the little ones to play while parents work out.
