SCAM SCAM SCAM - TAKE NOTICE IF PLANNING TO LEAVE.Gave the gym a months notice in writing through email that i would be leaving the gym and no longer required their services as i was moving out of the area. I canceled my direct debit and once i did i was informed by the manager that i hadn't fill out the "form" that they keep on the premises, the manager went on to say that i hadn't given them notice because i hadn't filled out the "form". I refused to pay any additional monies that weren't associated with gym fees IE Late fees and they threatened to send the debt to a debt collector.Pretty disappointing to see these strong arm tactics employed with members of the public and, an opportunity missed by the franchise to retain a customer at another location. Anyway, hope you enjoyed the $100. Ill never recommend Plus Fitness as a business to anyone i know and i have dissuaded several of my friends from joining there gym.Nice facilities, the gym is clean and well maintained, just be very wary when it comes time canceling your membership.

Good layout, friendly staff, would be great if they had a crèche. Music is wayyy too loud in the morning though. Especially as a mum when you want to go have a peaceful workout. Even if you put your headphones in you could still hear the music over the top
