Snap Fitness Osborne Park is a great place to work out and get fit. Customers love the friendly staff, the clean and spacious facilities, and the wide variety of equipment. The club manager, Lorna, is highly praised for her helpfulness and knowledge, and for taking the time to go through different exercises with customers and even sending them rehab exercises. Customers also appreciate the improved hygiene and maintenance of the machines and toilets, as well as the positive and professional attitude of Sanchez.
The gym is well-equipped with high quality machines and equipment, and customers appreciate the friendly staff and the clean and vibrant environment. The club manager, Sally, is an asset to the company and is praised for going above and beyond for her members. Customers also love the revamp of the gym and the discount they get at Nutrition Zone.
The gym is open at all times of the day and has ample parking. Customers also appreciate the no-nonsense cancellation policy and the fact that they don't have to share their bank credit card details with the gym. However, some customers have complained about the lack of air conditioning and fans, the poor cleanliness of the gym, and the fact that the machines are often worn out and not cleaned regularly. Despite this, customers still highly recommend Snap Fitness Osborne Park for its friendly staff, great facilities, and wide variety of equipment.
Lorna is one of the best gym managers I have had the pleasure of knowing, she is always delightful and knows all her clients names. She is always up for a chat and has no hesitation in offering her expertise with the equipment. I have always been a “group class person” however I am enjoying my 30 mins every evening. It’s obvious her team respect her,, she certainly has created a great vibe at Os Pk
The club manager Lorna is amazing! I only just joined this gym about a month ago and Lorna took the time to go through different exercises with me and even sent me some rehab exercises to do for my multiple injuries. She has been so helpful and friendly and checks in with me whenever I'm in.
Love this Club!!! Always clean and has everything I need. Nice size and open plan. Lorna the new Club Manager is awesome too. Great service and 100% recommend Snap. Keep up the great work Snap Osborne Park.
Great staff and trainers. Lorna is always keen to share her knowledge and constantly cleans the place. Equipment is worn out but still functional. Good atmosphere and some really friendly daily goers which changes the vibe
I had a trial workout at Snap fitness in osborne park and can’t rate the gym highly enough.It was easy to organise a workout, I was contacted straight away, the manager was friendly and approachable and was happy to show me around and chat about memberships. The equipment and gym was very clean and so were the change rooms and toilets It has a great atmosphere, is in a good location and plenty of parking. I’ll defiantly sign up
