Snap Fitness Palm Beach is a great gym that offers a wide range of facilities and features to its members. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, the new and modern equipment, the clean and hygienic environment, and the convenient 24/7 access. The gym also offers personal training options and classes, as well as a great atmosphere and a welcoming vibe. Customers have also praised the parking and security, as well as the affordable prices and the great music and workout vibe. The gym is also conveniently located and has a great layout, with plenty of benches even in peak hour traffic. All in all, Snap Fitness Palm Beach is a great gym that offers a great experience to its members.
I was visiting from Canberra and purchased a week's membership, saving a few $ on the casual session rates. Despite being typically cramped for floor space, and some grubby patrons that didn't wipe down the equipment, I enjoyed my experiences here. Staff are friendly and helpful (and clean the equipment!), parking was straightforward (or maybe I just got lucky), and the music and workout vibe was good. Would visit again if I'm on the GC in future.
It’s fine- good range of equipment and Atmosphere is not intimidating.Clean.Only two stars due to broken equipment taking weeks to get fixed.
Visiting from another country, decided to pop in and ask how much a day pass was. The girl working there was so rude I immediately decided against it and left never to return. They have a very bad way of talking to potential customers, very unprofessional and rude.
Very poor customer service. I have been trying for weeks to fix an issue with the card they provided for 24-hour access that simply has never worked. This is enabling me from entering the gym which I guess is the only reason I am actually paying for a membership. Unresponsive emails & calls.
Snap Fitness Palm Beach is the best!The staff are friendly and really supportive - my PT Josiah has really helped me achieve my goals.I never thought I would say I love going to the gym BUT I do LOVE GOING TO THE GYM!
