Very nice, clean, spacious, large variety of equipment, group classes, one of the best Snaps I have been.
I went to check out this gym on Monday and met an amazing trainer who showed me through the gym. I organised a free trial. I went today and have never been more disappointed in a gym. On arrival I said my name is Kim I am here for my free trial. She did not say a word to me just scrutinised my free pass, did not introduce herself or say I am here if you need any help. I have never felt more unwelcomed and I have been using gyms for over 30 years. So disappointed. I would avoid this gym the staff really don't show they care about customers,. The only exception was the first guy I met.
Very good gym with a very friendly staff. I have moved from Melbourne and had some access card issue. The staff made a follow up on my issue and got it resolved immediately.
Well equipped, standard set up, friendly and supportive staffs and Managers. Been to anytime fitness stuart park where I had often experienced very hostile behaviour by the manager. So if you are tossing, join here. More parking space, supplement and gears next door and carbonate chalk available at all time.
