I have been putting off joining a gym for a long time, but as soon as I went into Stepz Shellharbour I knew I had found my gym. Tracey, Dan & Branden have been so welcoming and gone out of their way to walk me through equipment and gym features. The equipment is all brand new and kept so clean. Never overcrowded, I can always use the equipment or space I need. Thank you Stepz team for looking after me.
Great place to go to work out. Staff are great, atmosphere is great and your made to feel welcome by Tracey everytime u arrive. She showed us how to use machines, and makes sure u are doing ok. Would recommend this gym
The staff are very professional and eager to help. They were happy to hear my health issues and help me work on my goals. Tracy and the team are Fabulous. They even took time to make sure my form was on point to make sure I was safe and maximise my exercises. This was at no extra cost, just eager for me to get results. I can't thank them enough, I'm happily in pain
Very impressive 24/7 gym that has an all-inclusive approach to members for their fitness goals. Beautiful space with modern, clean amenities and equipment. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Fitness Passport users are welcome.
We had a great experience joining Stepz Fitness Shellharbour. We were welcomed and given a tour of the facility and tuition on how to use the equipment. We have done a few sessions there now and each time we have had a sensational experience. All the equipment is smooth, clean and great to use.
