Zap Fitness Newstead is a great gym for those looking for a comprehensive workout experience. Customers appreciate the wide variety of equipment available, which is kept in great condition and quickly replaced if any issues are found. The gym is open 24 hours a day, making it easy to fit a workout into any schedule. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the free parking is an added bonus. Customers also appreciate the cleanliness of the gym and the lack of hassles or people bothering them. The modern design and great equipment make it a great place to work out. Additionally, customers have mentioned that the air conditioning could be improved, and that there is not enough space for stretching. However, overall customers are very satisfied with their experience at Zap Fitness Newstead.
They are just spacious enough with much of my favourite Work out equipments.
A good size gym with well maintained equipment. Always busy with a pleasant atmosphere.
some really big nepalese bloke (asish or something) and his friend offered me steroids, which i obviously refused and then tried to intimidate me. would not recommend, staff were not helpful in trying to sort out the situation either.
Staff are helpful. I was grilled about having no towel. Oops. But the Newstead gym isn't overly busy and a pretty good facility overall.
Good! There is a wide variety of equipment and if for some reason one break down it's always fixed pretty quick. Also is a 24h gym which helps lots with odd working hours. The only improvement I would suggest is on the changing rooms/showers. Frequently they are not very clean and there is not room for more than one person. Another suggestion I'd make would be to offer some fitness classes!
