I cancelled my membership at March 2020 before the Victorian Lock down.To this date, they have not actioned my request and even charged me during that brief week that gyms reopened!!!
Zap is the best gym I ever visit. Nice staff and good equipment. The price is the best as well.
Originally emailed in relation to restrictions imposed to which my email was responded, since then I've not been able to access the gym (not my choice) yet they keep charging a weekly fee, I called to get this stopped and was told someone would call me back, still waiting for over a week now. Would not recommend this gym due to the poor service.
I have had nothing but a bad experience with this gym. Start of my membership couldn’t get a pt to call me to get a appointment. Try and cancel membership after 12 months as per contract on the 20th of December and still waiting. Taken 2 more payments and still waiting.
