I am new to this studio. The trainers are exceptional, very helpful and motivated you to get more from the workout. The studio is complete and clean. the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

One of the best all inclusive gyms I have ever attended. Never fails to bring a smile to my face, even when the exercises can be extremely challenging. Hope to attend for a long time!
Have recently completed the 6 week challenge at F45 Elsternwick and have really enjoyed both the staff and the classes. The staff have been welcoming, super friendly and have helped push me to apply myself well throughout the challenge. Not only have they been motivating, but they have also helped me improve my technique which is critical to avoid injuries and to get the most out of the exercises. Highly recommend.
F45 Elsternwick has been great!! All the trainers have been super supportive towards my training. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and the variety of classes is great!
