Trainers are super amazing and helpful, if you’re also into yoga, you’ll love Alkis post workout cool down sessions.
The place where i felt more comfortable doing my workout and all of the trainers are down to earth like in guiding and while training as well.. I just can not believe in 21 days even without dieting i lost wait and felt change in me, had to go overseas otherwise should continue. Regards, Payal
As someone who was completely new to the gym environment, I have found F45 Fitzroy to be such a great experience. The trainers motivate & help you to improve, whether you are starting out or have been going for a while. The flexibility of morning or evening sessions is also great and means there’s no excuse to skip sessions.
The trainers are great - they help you out if you have injuries and need to do an exercise different, and help push you further if you want to make an exercise harder. I’ve done classes with Matt, Dan, Trent, Becky, Ruth, Sophie, and all of them know their stuff! Good vibes all round.
I love F45 Fitzroy and all it has to offer, which is alot. F45 Fitzroy keeps you accountable by helping you track and keep your goals. Since moving from Bendigo I have found a safe and inclusive place at this gym. Trainers very professional, friendly and KNOW THEIR STUFF!!! Definitely try out this gym if you are thinking about improving fitness and having fun
