Decided to not continue at F45 Glenelg due to the fact the owners don’t seem to want to invest membership fees back into the club. It’s one of the most run down F45 clubs we have trained at and is in need of attention. Old mats, dirty machines, broken speakers, broken sled track and hardly any hand sanitiser. They don’t even place mats down on the floor to do push ups. It’s unhygienic and comes across ‘cheap’ Considering it costs $60 per week to exercise here and they have a wait list almost every day, a note to management to invest into this space to retain members.
So much good energy!! really they make my day so many times... You can see the results of the training in just couple of weeks!
