Can not speak more highly of the amazing crew at F45 Northcote. Always so welcoming and extremely helpful. It is a great size room to work out in and many time slots to choose from. So you can work out morning , evening or even on your lunch break. Ive been a member for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I'd highly recommend Northcote 45. Its a great community, a really nice, fun and supportive group of people. I never thought I'd being doing F45 because of long standing back issues but the trainers give great guidance on how avoid injury and make sure that everyone gets the best possible workout at their level.
For someone who hasn’t been to a gym in over 10 years, I was warmly welcomed and supported from day 1. Great coaches, good work out tunes and a really friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
I have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about f45 Northcote. The trainers are SO lovely. They don’t ever push you in an unsafe or aggressive way but they all help you to set and reach healthy goals. The community of people is truly lovely. The equipment is in great condition - there’s even an infrared sauna downstairs! Wouldn’t go to any other gym in Melbourne!
F45 Northcote is the best gym I have ever been a member of. The trainers are friendly, fitness professionals and truly care about your general well being. I would highly recommend this gym to my friends and family!
