F45 Paradise offers four different membership plans: Unlimited- Flexi (no lock in contract, billed weekly at $65 per week), Unlimited- 3 Months (minimum term 3 months, billed weekly at $60 per week), Unlimited- 6 Months (minimum term 6 months, billed weekly at $55 per week), and Unlimited- 12 Months (minimum term 12 months, billed weekly at $50 per week).

Every day throughout the week offers a different 45 minute workout. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 3,000 different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice.
F45 Paradise is one of the medium sized F45 training studios and site amenities include toilets and showers and access to rear and adjacent carparks. The site is opposite the Newton Shopping Centre.

Staff are great! Really encouraging and motivating. It’s a welcoming environment and the trainers are approachable and fun to train with!
After 18months I am still hooked. The trainers are all knowledgeable, personable and enthusiastic. They’ll give you technique tips and words of encouragement on those days you need it. The workouts have allowed me to regain strength and flexibility. I honestly haven’t felt this good for years.
I have always been to nervous and shy to do a group fitness session after seeing them at other gyms but my partner encouraged me to head out with her one day… and in the end it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The team at f45 paradise made me feel welcome and at home. The other members are lovely and friendly and always happy to help. I enjoy going to every class and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone. F45 paradise is now part of my life style and will be going for years to come. Absolutely love it
