THE BEST TRAINERS EVER. WORLD CLASS FITNESS STUDIO. Wow. Time just flies so fast. I joined on a free trial offer for one week to give it a try and now its an year for me here at this amazing fitness studio. There's no turning back. First things first, Trainers are amazing, they welcome you, motivate you and always remember you by name. No two days are same. There are always new challenges to signup and new workout routines introduced. Saturdays are the best with live DJ. Very organised, always clean and the most amazing part - Dog friendly. Its always fun to be here and I truly love being part of this awesome fitness group. Never felt this inspired to train and workout. Trust me you are gonna love this place. Its fun, friendly and motivating. Come feel the vibe
I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door to enquire about joining! Every time I have attended a session, one of the trainers checks in to say Good Morning or see how I’m going, which I really appreciate! I highly recommend joining this friendly and supportive F45!
The F45 workouts are high quality, more importantly for me though the trainers at the Sandringham centre are absolutely world class. Supportive, happy to give you a nudge if they can see you've got more in the tank, equally as happy to help you adjust your session if you're struggling. Top class.
Very accommodating coaches! Anika and Abrar are awesome. They’re very nice to me on my first day. I just feel bit bad because I have to stop a couple of times just to relax my sore feet and they’re very understanding about that! The gym is very tidy and well organized. Great job!
