I used to go to the gym before but decided to try something different. I’m glad I chose F45, these workouts are challenging and different every time so you don’t get bored - exactly what I was looking for. + trainers are great;)
Great group classes, I absolutely love it! Such good vibes and atmosphere to train in, with super friendly coaches who push you to achieve your goals. From the first class, they made me feel so at ease and welcome, and have been amazing at explaining how to do all the different exercises correctly during the classes. I would definitely recommend F45 Spearwood to anyone who is looking to start or continue their fitness journey!

It’s been a month since I have joined F45 Spearwood. It’s great that we walk into class and everything is set up ready to go! The Coaches are very encouraging and love that they are walking around pushing you and providing feedback on your technique instead of just staying at the front of the class like other gyms! Great variety of classes with unlimited access which is a bonus! Highly recommend F45 Spearwood ☺️
I’ve recently joined F45 Spearwood & have loved every session I’m there! The coaches are awesome & so supportive and really push you to get the most out of your workout. The intensity and structured classes are perfect for beginner’s at the gym like myself and I am very much looking forward to making this my regular gym!
