F45 Turramurra is a fantastic gym that offers a wide range of classes and personal training options. Customers love the supportive and encouraging atmosphere, with trainers who are knowledgeable and attentive. The trainers take the time to get to know each customer and understand their goals, and the community is welcoming and inclusive. Customers also appreciate the clean and spacious studio, as well as the variety of workouts that keep them motivated. The team is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is always positive and motivating. Customers also love the bicycle that is put out front, and the fact that there are showers available before work. Overall, customers are extremely satisfied with their experience at F45 Turramurra and highly recommend it to others.

While F45 is a commercial enterprise the Turramurra version at least is one with a heart. The face of that heart is the super personable trainers and the the class participants. The community vibe of the place is one of its joys. The cardio sessions are consistently of a high standard, with my only gripe being the 'corporate' timetable means there are too few cardio-themed days, with a bewildering emphasis on strength/resistance.
I've attended many F45's, but Turramurra is easily the best! Such a welcoming and supportive culture, its impossible to leave!
Fantastic F45! Coaches are friendly, energetic and motivate everyone to be the best they can be. Exercises can be adjusted by the knowledgeable coaches to support and challenge all fitness levels. A great community where everyone is friendly and supportive :)
Training at F45 Turramurra is always one of the highlights of my day! Coaches are attentive and always have a smiles on their faces! The gym is very spacious and well located. The feeling of community is also a positive aspect. I highly recommend it!
