I have been attending this women's only gym for the past 12 years. During this period of time, the 30 minute workout on resistance machines designed specifically for women, coupled with the guidance and expertise of the professional coaches, has allowed me to maintain my ideal weight, while significantly increasing my strength and fitness level. The lovely staff headed by Deb and Annie, monitor each individual's progress, with suggestions as to how to improve one's technique, enabling Members to gain maximum benefit from their workout. A friendly greeting from Staff and fellow "Curvettes", is always guaranteed. In and out in 35 minutes.....perfect for time poor women like me. I cannot recommend Curves, South Melbourne more highly!

I have been a Curves member for many years and what keeps me coming back to Sth Melbourne is the friendliness of the staff, the women I exercise with, the flexibility of times and the different styles and events like dance and tone, and balance on Sat ( try it out, I love it). I travel a lot but when I return and put in my time at Curves I always feel physically and mentally improved for the effort
