No gym like 9 rounds Fitz! I’ve tried all sorts of workouts and gyms but this is the best by far! Almost 5 months in and never looking back! It’s a fast intensive workout that helps you lose weight and tone! The trainers are so lovely and so motivating! They are super positive and encouraging and every workout has allocated one on one time with a trainer. Trainers are with you ever step of the way to ensure technique is accurate and you are working to your fullest capacity! Workout is truly fun, you release a lot of tension, and leave with a lot of endorphins!
The most horrible experience with this club !! NO INTEGRITY - KEEP TAKING MONEY OUT IF MY ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER TELLING THEM 5 months in now to CANCEL !! I joined this club in November 2018 paid 300 dollars as joining fee for all equipment with me and my son In dec 2018 I met with a multiple ligament injury and asked on their messenger platform and call with the business owners sending the pic of my injury to close the account until further notice . Which meant both me and my sons as I am a single mother and became immobile so I couldn’t take my son to the gym as well . It was a genuine issue otherwise why would I invest 300 dollars for equipment and not go ahead . The owner agreed and said they have closed the account . 3 days after my direct debit came out which was the due date of DD I informed owners they said I need 30 days notice and so I said I understand and left it and they confirmed no other amount will go out. In March 2019 this year to my surprise the direct debit started coming out of my account when I asked the owner she ( MARIANNNE) said it’s because ur account was on hold not cancelled , after much request she didn’t agree and sooner it became my anguish to know that she does not even get genuine reason and blatantly told me n That she won’t refund and ask me to get a medical certificate - I was in no contract and on month to month account and no where it says I need to provide her medical certificate - she disagreed The next to my surprise I see 2 more payments coming out of my account . When I sent a screenshot she told me that it’s pending and not cleared and nothing will be deducted I sent her another screenshot a week after she said it’s my sons account not mine and it’s different and she said she will treat that cancellation differently and said she won’t refund I am taking her to FTC and don’t recommend anyone dealing with a lady who has no authenticity and integrity ! A business where you cheat and traumatised your clients even after knowing it’s genuine , how will that business ever thrive . I regret joining this gym ever ! They are absolutely non considerate or compassionate and have no integrity whatsoever .
Great quick and effective workout — and you learn some practical kickboxing techniques along the way! Trainers have always been the highlight for 2+ years, love this place!! I’ve lost 20kgs going here :)
Absolutely love working out at 9Round Fitzroy!!! Firstly, because the concept is so unique and accessible for all levels of, not only fitness, but also experience with kickboxing. If you haven't given kickboxing a go yet, you really should! It's extremely energising, empowering and a great way to work off any stress and work up a sweat - not matter what your age or gender. And secondly because it is so much fun, thanks to the incredibly friendly, encouraging and professional trainers, here! I've found the balance they get between pushing me hard to improve and being supportive, down to earth, and adaptable to my specific needs, just perfect. Which is why whenever I'm in the studio, they pump up the tunes a little more, to get me pumped up!! I'd recommend 9Round to anybody. They offer a free trial, so you can't go wrong - get down there and experience it for yourself, you'll be glad you did.
