This place convinced me that gyms are terrible it’s insanely hot with no ventilation, fans that barely work and the machines are the dirtiest I’ve seen do yourself a favor and buy weights yourself or run outside do anything but go here. I’d rather run on broken glass barefoot then run here

Good overall gym. Could use a couple more pieces of equipment (abductor/adductor machine) but not any more space to fit them! Only negative is the gym gets very hot on/after warm days and if it is a weekend or unstaffed you cannot turn on the aircon

I joined Armstrong Creek AF when it first opened and I have no regrets at all with changing from a big council run gym to this place. I've been into 4 AF gyms across Victoria over the past 6 months and this is easily the best of them. Great staff, excellent/clean facilities, convenient location & a friendly/inspiring bunch of regular users all contribute to this 5 star rating
