An excellent gym - just the right size where they have everything, but it never feels overcrowded or too busy. Extremely knowledgeable staff who are always more than happy to help. They also have classes which are great. Have been training here for years and still love it
Best gym I ever joined. It has a great balance of space, amount of gears and members training at a time. Anytime team there is super helpful and friendly. Great location it's right next to the Woolies and a coffee shop.
