You will not find better customer service anywhere in Geraldton! Angela, Tim, Tane are all great! Genuinely nice, Genuinely care. Gym is a bit old but they do their best to get stuff fixed for us. E.g ceilings can leak a bit but that's not really the gym teams fault, they got equipment reupholstered. I imagine it's a tedious and long process but the staff in the club always try to help and update us when you speak to them and bring questions or concerns to them
5 stars is for the team at Geraldton! Angela, Tim and the PT's. The best customer service, they make it the best club experience. The equipment is old, definitely needs some more/new equipment but the vibe is worth it.
Place is falling apart, roof leaks to the point staff have Noah on speed dial. It's not a week at the geraldton club without equipment cycling in and out of functionality.Staff are great, always able to explain what's happening with repairs and finding a way to keep you motivated despite the numerous issues with the club.
Used to be a good gym but has gone downhill in the last 18 months. The roof leaks when it rains, aircons were not working for a long time (finally fixed now) some of the equipment is getting old and worn out, broken, out of service or in poor condition which makes it unhygienic. Seems to take a long time to get anything fixed which is annoying as there isn't the biggest range of equipment as it is. Water fountain doesn't work (does not chill or filter the water). One good point is the staff who are really good/friendly and do everything they can about various issues with the gym but their hands are tied. Expected better range of equipment and maintenance form a multi million dollar franchise considering the fees
