Anytime Fitness Hornsby is a great gym for people of all ages and fitness levels. Customers love the friendly and helpful staff, the well-maintained and perfectly laid out equipment, and the welcoming atmosphere. The gym has a good balance of machines and free weights, and customers rarely have to wait to use anything. The manager, Nick, is extremely helpful and the staff are always willing to improve the experience. The gym is clean and modern, and close to the station. Customers also appreciate the fair fees per month and the great deals on sale days.
The gym has a few areas for improvement, such as better cleaning and ventilation in the treadmill area, and more machines. Customers have also had some negative experiences with the management, such as being treated poorly when wanting to cancel, and being offered a 7-day free trial with a catch.
Overall, customers are very satisfied with Anytime Fitness Hornsby. The staff are friendly and helpful, the equipment is well-maintained and perfectly laid out, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Well priced, space is small but there is another level opening soon.
Aggressive and uncooperative staff. Sending unsolicited advertising material to a personal phone number without consent. Facilities look ok.
Went to Hornsby ATF for renewal, staff available provided incomplete details to retain me about the membership fees and key fees and also about the date of first debit.
Been to a good few Anytimes by now, this gym has a good balance of machines and free weights, and I rarely have to wait to use anything too long. Helpful and friendly staff. Good place to pick up and put down heavy things.
Excellent friendly and helpful staff. A smaller gym in area but the equipment is well maintained and perfectly laid out over the entire floor plan. I highly recommend this gym for people of all age groups and fitness levels.
