The revamp of the place has been well received, and the gym is clean and inviting. The gym is also great for those who are intimidated by larger gyms, as it is small and never feels overwhelming. Customers also appreciate the personal training options, types of classes, and exercise and training protocols available. The security is also excellent, and the parking is convenient.

Been with the gym nearly two years now, great atmosphere out of all the anytimes i have used, this one is by far my favorite. People are friendly. The new manager Grace is always helpful and approachable, and always listen to your questions or suggestions. If I was thinking of joining a gym in geelong manifold heights would be my first choice.
Being a member for over 12 months I have found the staff to be excellent,friendly and professional. The equipment is well maintained and looked after. I dio find it a little pricey but the flexibility of many locations and 24 / 7 makes it great for me when I travel.
