The manger was one of the kindest and amazing person i have ever met in my life. she guided me so much and helped me clearing all my doubts. the overall gym is really clean and i always enjoy my time working out in here.
Pathetic experience. Staff is never available to talk to. Trying to cancel my membership but staff doesn’t answer my phone. Avoid the gym if you can. Join melton waves, almost same charges but a lot better facilities
The gym is clean and has plenty of wipes and spray bottles which is great under current circumstances. Its a shame during the lock down that some of the tvs on the limited amount of available treadmills couldn't have been fixed. Also a large area of the gym may only be used by members that have paid for personal training sessions and has locked doors not accessible to other members. Very frustrating to lose that large space in an already small gym, especially at this time of social distancing.
I've been at this gym for a few months and here's my thoughts for anyone who is considering joining.The location. It's in a great spot that's secluded in the sense that it's not next to a big shopping centre so you won't find any trouble.It's next door to a 24hr Chenist warehouse so you'll always be able to pick up any late minute protein, shakers or supplements.This gym has a very cosy feel, it's not a big gym with lots of equipment but that's okay. If you're going at night you'll have no problem being able to use what you need and if it's taken all the members are friendly and will make sure to let you know when they're done.There's three shower rooms that are all in separate rooms which is a nice touch if you like your privacy.My only problem with this gym is the price. It's more expensive than others and offers less. Anytime fitness will tell you that's because they've got more gyms than their competition but realistically if you're only going to your local gym you can find cheaper alternatives that offer more for less.
Usually I frequent the Watergardens gym, but lately I've been spending a bit of time here. The Melton gym isn't overly busy and that especially good for an evening workout. Friday night means most of the machines are available to use and I don't have to adjust my workout to fit with whats available.Clean and tidy place with newer model machines.
