Anytime Fitness Nundah is a great gym with plenty of features and facilities to suit everyone's needs. Customers love the friendly and professional staff, the variety of classes, the modern and clean facilities, and the helpful management team. The instructors are certified and knowledgeable, and the classes are always enjoyable. The gym is air-conditioned and has plenty of space to stretch and move. The weights room is big and well-equipped, and the cycle studio is truly excellent. The cafe is also a great addition, providing a nice place to relax after a workout.
The gym also has great security, with lockers and showers available. The crowdDJ pumps through a good speaker system, and the gym floor was recently renovated in May 2022. Customers also appreciate the helpful and friendly reception staff, such as Britt, who is always professional and efficient.
Overall, customers are very happy with their experience at Anytime Fitness Nundah. They love the variety of classes, the modern and clean facilities, the helpful staff, and the great security. The gym is well-equipped and has plenty of space to move and stretch. Customers also appreciate the helpful management team and the friendly reception staff.
Really enjoy Goodlife Nundah. I only attend classes- Body pump, Yoga, ABT and occasionally Body Balance. The Instructors are great and very approachable. I didn’t give 5 stars due to a couple of cleaning issues.
Refer a friend and get two weeks free is a lie!!!!!! If you want the two weeks free you literally have to run after them. I have been emailing them coz i was charged for the two weeks after I referred a friend. The answer i got is “has you friend signed up” like she literally signed up and has already attended the classes. The customer service should be looking into their system to see if my friend has been signed up why is she asking me that?? I emailed them confirming that my friend has signed up and after that no response…………. My forthnight charge was secretly increased without any notification even though my contract clearly states the actual price.This was the second chance i gave to good life but never again, they have failed yet again to keep the customers trust.
Moved to a different location that wasnt convenient to get to a goodlife so changed my plan to be Nundah only, they continued taking the original amount from my bank for months after with mutliple calls and emails to rectify. Made sure it was set up to not renew my membership and they continued to take money (stealing) from my account for at least a month after the end date of my contract (at least a month because it is still ongoing as of last weekly payment). TLDR; would not recommend, typical gym BS of taking money when they aren’t meant to
I am not happy from the customer service of good life Nundah. Because I already finished my contract in July .. and still deducting money from my account.. I already give them a call too many times to stop the service but looks like they don’t care of their customers.. I think I have to contact my bank to change my bank details because I don’t have any hope from these guys .. I will not recommend .. I am really upset .. I never put any reviews at any website..
I am happy to change my initial review and give you 4 stars, because I have noticed you managed to fix the steam room which is great!! Thanks a lot. I'd honestly give you 5 stars if it was possible to keep the sauna turned on a little than just during staffed hours. Being able to use it a little longer especially on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays would really be fantastic.
