I thought I paid my last bill with them in October and asked for my membership to be cancelled, I was told I would be receiving a confirmation email after cancelling and I never got it but being I was in the understanding that I was no longer a member it didn't much matter to me, until I got a text message stating my membership fee was late, I call their office to find out why my membership wasn't cancelled and then I was told I needed to lodge the cancellation in writing as per contract, that would have been fine and all if I had been told that the first time but I wasn't, they have now charged me late fees and I'm now going to be paying 2 months fees to them because of their staff member's misinformation and they wont admit their fault. That's well over $140 out of pocket because of their mistake. I have now been waiting over a week for the same email I was meant to get the first time to cancel my membership, they're a pack of thieves, this gym and in summer it's hotter inside than it is outside, don't go here, go to the pcyc in Muswellbrook It's cheaper and nicer staff.
We've been lucky to be offered classes post COVID. Unfortunately it seems they are yet again depleting with numbers. Maybe a good idea if ALL classes were promoted on social media to built and expand interest. I feel sorry for the trainers who get everything organised prior to the class then it gets cancelled due to numbers. BIG thing for management to reassess their priorities! A little bit of promotion may go a long way.
