From the first day I stepped foot in Best Body Currambine I felt so welcomed and comfortable. The staff are fabulous and so friendly and they genuinely care about you and how your body is feeling. Always happy to offer alternative work if you have an injury with a part of your body and find it difficult to do what everyone else is, never made to feel awkward about speaking up for help. I have loved every class I have done and can't believe how much stronger my body feels and how much less pain I have. Wish I had found this place years ago! I've been attending Best Body for over a year now and am much more flexible and fitter than I was.
