Since my quad bike accident, which left me with spinal injures, a broken leg, pain and a blood clot in my leg, all of which required surgeries. Best bodies Pilates has been amazing for me. I’m able to move a lot better now, I’m in much less pain, I look forward to my classes every week. I believe Best bodies has enabled me to develop and heal within my recovery because of their expertise. The staff are fantastic, always friendly and helpful. I am a nurse but am amazed at how much the instructors have taught me about moving my body correctly and switching on muscles to get them working correctly. I did weight lifting with a trainer before and my personal opinion is, that Pilates is is far better, safer and effective for me, especially as I had a back problem to begin with.
