BFT Belmont is an amazing gym that has something for everyone. Customers love the variety of classes and workouts that are available, as well as the supportive and encouraging coaches. The gym has a great atmosphere and the members are like a family, always pushing each other to reach their goals. The trainers take the time to get to know everyone and their individual stories, and the equipment is always clean and well maintained. The gym also offers 6 time-slots to choose from, as well as classes on Saturdays, and customers can easily book their sessions through the app. The gym also has a Facebook community and their social media is always updated. Customers love the 5.10am sessions, which are getting busier every week. All in all, BFT Belmont is an amazing gym that provides a great atmosphere and a supportive community for its members.
I've taken an all or nothing approach to my diet and exercise for years. When I was in my "all" phase I'd cut myself off from all other aspects of my life which always caused me to yo-yo back and forth to the "nothing" phase. After trying to go it alone for ages and not making any progress my brother convinced me to pay for a trial at BFT and I haven't looked back since. The coaches provide the perfect balance of fun while pushing us all to achieve our best and the friendly crew make it feel like a community. I'm finally at a point where coming for a session is a way of life and not just something you have to do to hit that number on the scale and it feels great!

I absolutely love coming to my BFT class each morning. I signed up so I could build my endurance and strength with longer workouts and oh how BFT has delivered! In my short time as a member I already feel part of the crew and BFT has pushed me to limits that I am proud of. The studio is such a fun and welcoming environment where the coaches are amazing, the crew are supportive, the music is pumping and friendships are growing! I feel right at home and look forward to continuing my fitness journey with the BFT community.

I love that this gym has it all. The workouts are programmed in a way allowing me to always better myself. I love lifting my weights and there's a good ratio between strength and high intensity cardio sessions to keep me coming back. The coaches are great on picking up on technique changes or advising of alternate exercises if for some reason I can't do something, but they're also very encouraging to help push me further for the better. I also love that there is a monthly yoga session to give back to my body which then complements all the hard work I do. I believe there is a session time slot to suit everybody, and the community of like minded members is what really brings this place to life. If you're someone who gets bored easily exercising, or struggles to know what to do when training on your own, or maybe you just want to make some new friends and feel like you're a part of something amazing, then this is the place for you, regardless if you're still learning the basics of a squat or if you've been an athlete for years.
