BFT Hoppers Crossing is a fantastic gym that offers a wide range of classes and personal training options. Customers love the friendly and professional staff, the inclusive atmosphere, and the helpful coaching they receive. The exercises can be scaled for all abilities and with the heart rate monitor, customers receive instant feedback on their exertion. The gym also has excellent facilities, including a great new studio with excellent equipment and security. Customers also appreciate the 8-week challenge and the community atmosphere. Everyone is always having fun while working up a sweat and time really does fly. Customers highly recommend BFT Hoppers Crossing and love their time there as it has helped them so much.
I've recently joined BFT Hoppers Crossing and I have enjoyed every single second of every single workout. Eric and his team are friendly, enthusiastic and professional. I have received helpful coaching in a group fitness environment, and this has enabled me to attain new skills (e.g. new exercises with kettlebells etc.) and improve in other exercises. Everyone I've met has been super friendly and inclusive. We have fun while working up a sweat, and time really does fly while you're having fun. And I'm always having fun at BFT Hoppers Crossing. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new gym, that you give BFT Hoppers Crossing a call. ***Update: 08/09/22 I'm still training here and I still LOVE it! If you haven't tried a class yet, you're really missing out. The classes are full of all ages and abilities and the trainers are still fun, really friendly and have a strong focus on correct technique.Renee M
Bft is a great way to keep in shape . Each day is a different work out not 1 day is the same. Highly recommend. Check them out you will not be disappointed at all .
