BFT Mitcham is an outstanding fitness facility that has something for everyone. The trainers are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, and they have created a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that encourages everyone to reach their fitness goals. Customers love the variety of classes and the high intensity workouts, as well as the clean facilities and the myzone belt that allows them to track their progress. The trainers have built an awesome team culture and it really feels like a community - everyone is welcoming, friendly and supportive. The bathrooms are clean and there are multiple disinfectant wipe stations around the space for you to use before/after every station.
Overall, customers are extremely satisfied with the services provided by BFT Mitcham. They appreciate the supportive and knowledgeable trainers, the variety of classes, the high intensity workouts, and the clean facilities. Customers also love the myzone belt that allows them to track their progress and the team culture that has been created by the trainers. Yes A Great Gym. And What a COMMUNITY ! The trainers are super down to earth and actually helpful, not just pushing pushing but actually sometimes slowing you down to work on your form and once they've seen you've got it, get ready - they do push you ! And the gym seems to attract just really awesome humans who are fun to meet and workout with. The programming at BodyFit is superior to F45 in my humble opinion, but I have a bias towards weights rather than cardio ! Can not recommend this enough. It is a little pricey for a gym membership, but the class strategy helps keeps me accountable... Might work for you ? Thanks Body Fit Mitcham !

Bodyfit Mitcham is one of my favourite gyms! The staff there are attentive, friendly and welcoming of everyone regardless of your fitness level. They've built a fantastic community where everyone encourages and motivates you every day. The facilities are always clean, the classes are never too full and it's a place I want to go everyday, not just feel that I should!

BFT Mitcham is an outstanding group fitness class studio- the environment is suitable for both beginners and high performance. The trainers have built an awesome team culture and it really feels like a community - everyone is welcoming, friendly and supportive. I have achieved amazing results through the progression style, weights/resistance based training. Highly recommend!
