Customers also appreciate the integration of the App with the door unlocking, which works like a charm. The dumbbells are also of a high quality, and the gym is open 24/7, making it very convenient for customers.

The customer service is also highly praised, with customers noting that the staff are very helpful and welcoming. The gym also has great pump and weight yarns, which customers love. The only downside mentioned by customers is that the Member ID app doesn't always let people in after hours, and there is no 24/7 phone number to call.

A fantastic air conditioned gym professionally managed by Frank who ensures the culture of the place is respectful - weights are returned, equipment is wiped down - and who ensures the gym is thoughtfully laid out with the right set of equipment in the right places with space to do stretches and exercises such that it never feels too busy even at peak times. These excellent qualities were highlighted by the contrast with Kingston Club Lime where the equipment is crammed in, there is no air con, there is a nauseatingly unpleasant smell from the toilets on the top floor, and where weights are frequently dropped because of a lack of a good gym culture. Thanks Frank, keep up your quality management of Campbell!

I really love the integration of the App with the door unlocking, works like a charm! Clean looking modern gym with all the trimmings. The gentleman that frequent are of a higher quality than some of the others i have seen, well worth the trip!
