The staff are always friendly and willing to help, and the gym has a great community vibe. Customers also love the fact that the gym collaborates with local businesses and runs giveaways, open days and promotions for their members and the community. Finally, customers appreciate the fact that the gym is open 24/7 and has a pool, squash courts, cardio area, and classes. All in all, Club Lime Norman Park is a great gym that offers a wide range of facilities and features to its members.
Great gym with plenty of options for everyone. It has a sauna, pool and cardio room. Changing rooms are well maintained and the gym is modern and well preserved. You can buy casual passes or pay for memberships. The staff is friendly and helpful. The car park is somewhat small for the amount of people that may go to this gym.

As a family we have been going to club lime gym (including healthworks and activelife) for a decade; however, this gym has deteriorated significantly since club lime has taken over. The roof leaks, there are puddles of water/buckets everywhere when it rains, which is a work place health and safety issue. Outside of the gym managers, staff are more interested in planning what's happening over the weekend than even bothering to say hello to you as you walk in. At any given time half the cardio machines don't work and it's the same with the TVs. I use to do the classes, which have also dropped off as they didn't get the appropriate council license. I'm sure I'll get the token response saying please contact something @clublime to share your grievances just as bland as that response is, you're better of going to another basic franchise gym as this place is ripping you off. As seen by the other recent comments some basic changes would go a long way as you've just lost a customer that is expected to pay upwards of $20,000 in lifetime fees - do better club lime management.

This gym is HORRIBLE. It’s clear from the fake 5 star reviews, horrible management/staffing, exploitative payment plans with dishonour fees the same price as the weekly fee, downsizing of all classes and facilities, and that god ugly paint job over the previously wonder mural that all clublime cares about is securing vulnerable customers then locking them in for as long as possible. I’ve been attending this location for 4 years and I have not had anywhere near this much trouble that I’ve faced in the past 4 months. Have some respect for urself and ur customers. This is just sad. If the previous owner manages to read this PLEASE buy this gym back, they tuned ur beautiful community into a ‘broke planet fitness’. If I could rate it a 0/10 I would.

As you can see from the genuine reviews below mine the quality of this facility has dropped markedly since it was taken over by Club Lime. The equipment is looking very old and tired. The machines have obvious rust and in some cases are being held together with duct tape and electrical insulation tape. This is not only unsightly but it is also a danger to the users. I have made numerous complaints to the club manager over the past 8-9 months about the fact that of the five television monitors in the cardio room only one has working audio and the picture quality has deteriorated to the point that it now unwatchable on all of them. Management has deflected and/or outright lied to me about the "plans to update" - claiming in August that "the Maintenance Manager has repaired the faulty screens" when in fact nothing has changed. Club Lime have obviously decided that the members do not deserve their respect and the Norman park facility is being allowed to fall into disrepair. If you are thinking of joining a gym - look elsewhere.
