I went so many gyms in my life . But this gym is like full of rude & annoying unprofessional staff . They disturb you so much while you do workout . They come to you and say don’t do this don’t do that . Omg so ridiculous. .They always shows outstanding fee on your membership app . Idk why is always outstanding and I already set debit payment on that . Not recommend ever

I sent them an email during the period in which they stayed closed for months doing a refurbishment (understandable) saying: ‘I’m looking for a gym closer to home, please do not recommence my membership’ Apparently this was not clear enough and they didn’t understand that this was me cancelling my membership so continued to charge me. They then refused to issue me a refund but would cancel my membership from that point on as an ‘act of goodwill’. Very disappointing as I have heard of this not being uncommon while they were still branded as fit n fast.
