extremely difficult to contact. puts you on hold for up to an hour at times. has taken me WEEKS trying to book my induction and still haven’t been able to get into contact with someone. just puts you on hold or asks you to “record a message”.

I haven't been a member there for many years now they have on multiple occasions wrongfully tried to keep charging me for membership fees.. During lockdown the same thing!! Many people have experienced the same unpleasant dishonest conduct .. Now I'm receiving emails from FAIMA telling me I have to pay $40 to be within their guidelines eventhough im not a member ? How many people have you wrongfully done this to ? I've tried calling her so this nonsense can STOP no response ?? Keep up the good work holly im glad you think it's funny !! Dennis
